Sarth Jain
Founder
Sarth Jain is Founder of the Xponents Platform and WORTHY Global DeFi.
Sarth is an Engineer-MBA by training and a dreamer by nature, he is driven to build valuable businesses around solving real problems, starting by looking at a bigger picture, then working future-backwards, connecting the dots and bringing in any missing elements.
Hailing from a traditional Indian business family, Sarth spent a decade expanding the family business after graduating from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research in 2011. During this period, he set-up and scaled 7 manufacturing plants with a workforce of over 2000 and expanded globally, exporting to 46 countries.
Sarth founded the Xponents Platform to connect India’s booming start-up eco-system with family-managed businesses. Xponents works closely with promising start-ups, evaluates and sharpens their business proposition, shows possible synergies with family businesses and then brings family business owners and start-up founders together for “win-win” alliances to scale exponentially.
Xponents’ current focus is on Mobility-as-a-Service to create an EV eco-system, complete with Last Mile delivery, EV charging and lease-finance companies to help this sector achieve its potential.
Sarth recently founded WORTHY Global DeFi, a Dubai-HQ’ed company, to provide creditworthiness across the globe for millennials, powering them to pivot beyond a Consumption mindset to a Wealth Creation mindset.
He has invested in over 70 early-stage ventures including Dandera Ventures, Agua, Tri arc, Scale Batteries, Sustain Capital, Watterr and Rocket Girls.
He strongly believes in the power of networking, giving more than he takes, and actively reaches out to people to create, build and sustain mutual synergies.
Sarth is married to Deepa, and they have two daughters. He is on his way to a Private Pilot license and spends his free time reading and assimilating to apply in the business world.
Ratish Pandey
Co-founder
Ratish is a Co-founder of Xponents & WORTHY Global DeFi with 35years+ of corporate experience in domestic and international markets, he brings expertise in strategy, go-to-market, sales and marketing, business transformation and team mentoring.
He is passionate about mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs and start-ups. He brings a fresh viewpoint to the table and positive conversations are his hallmark.
Ratish is also an executive coach and a gold-level business coach from Action Coach USA, he devotes his time helping clients achieve specific objectives with measurable goals while maintaining client confidentiality.
Ratish was recently recognised by Entrepreneur.com, India as the Entrepreneur of the year in Business Services. He was also recognized amongst his peers within India and ME as a Coach with Best Client Results.
On the personal side, Ratish is a voracious reader who loves to explore the mountains, believes in tapping the untapped potential of his mentees, and possesses wry humour.
Ratish, as an angel investor, holds interest in Legal Tech, Health, Ed-Tech, Agri Tech, EV and Consumer Electronics domains.
Jyotirmoy Bose
Advisor
Jyotirmoy Bose is an advisor at WORTHY and is the founder of White Spaces . He is based in New Delhi and enjoys learning and sharing his learnings generously. Jyoti is an Organization Leadership Advisor for portfolio investments of Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, like Sequoia, Prosus, Blackstone and True North in India. Jyoti chairs Nominations and Remuneration Committee (NRC) for four Companies. He is also a Family Business Counsellor to few Promoter families in India and abroad. He also works closely with School of Organisational Learning, MIT, USA and the Presenting Institute, Berlin, Germany as a Leadership and Change Facilitator.
Jyoti possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi (1984), MBA from IIM Calcutta (1986). Jyoti is an Executive Coach (certified personally by Marshall Goldsmith) in 2007 and a Certified Exponential Organisations (ExO) Sprint Coach from OpenExo.
Over the last 3 decades, Jyoti has worked across diverse sectors – Manufacturing, Consumer, Banking, Technology, Media and Renewable Energy – in over 40 countries. Prior to 2007, he has held regional leadership roles across Middle East and South Asia with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Stratify Inc (a Silicon-Valley start-up), Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young (now EY) and lastly, as a Director with the Times Group, India’s largest media house. He began his career as a shop floor executive with Asian Paints, India.
Kunal Bhanot
Head Of Investment Banking
Kunal leads the Investment Banking at Xponents Ventures. He focuses on identifying and evaluating various business opportunities and works with portfolio companies on their business planning, investments and long-term growth strategy.
He has over 12 years of experience across various aspects of financial services, and was leading the Asia region for Eli Global as an investments professional. Prior to that, he was the head of the investment banking division in Moody’s Corporation. He has worked across functions including debt, investments and advisory services wherein he also managed key relationships with marquee clients. Early in his career, Kunal was associated with a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest financial services and asset management brands. He was responsible for consulting and diligence assignments for several large multinationals and Indian corporates.
Kunal holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics from The University of Essex and a Bachelors degree in Economics from The University of Delhi. He loves trekking in the Himalayas in his free time and cooking.
Peehu Singhal
Marketing & Communication
Peehu looks after Marketing and Communication division at Xponents. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and completed her Masters in Business Administration from Bennett University, Noida. She is leading the internal and external communications, digital and social media marketing of the company, acting as a bridge between the people and the brand.
Her core strength lies in Digital Marketing and Content creation.
Peehu lives with her family in Gurgaon and in her free time likes to play guitar, read books, spend time with friends and family.
